My client is looking for a Senior Marketing Executive or an experienced Marketing Executive to join their creative and supportive team of 7 based in central Bristol. They are expanding their events and so these two roles are due to needing to grow their team.
You will be working closely with the Marketing Manager to create, develop and implement marketing plans for their events portfolio. A special focus will be on Content Marketing and Digital Marketing, including CRM and managing social media activities.
About the job:
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Work with the Marketing Manager to create, develop and implement multi-channel marketing plans for exhibitions/ conferences
- Report on campaign schedule and performance
- Monitor and refine online customer journey, build landing pages, keep website content and information up to date
- Ensure a regular brand voice on all channels, working with the team to regularly implement our defined strategies
- Manage campaign creative briefs from concept to production
- Write effective copy for all marketing collateral including brochures, emails, letters and website content
- Conduct research and analyse data, where appropriate, to identify target audience and competitors
- Partner with internal sales and product teams to align content, strategy and target audience for marketing campaigns; schedule and execute these
- Oversee and execute email campaigns, managing the communications calendar and customer segmentation, trigger-based campaigns, events, campaign reporting and other CRM initiatives as necessary
- Change champion, supporting the Head of Department and Marketing Managers with change initiatives within the department
- Identify new initiatives and/or improvements and work with the wider team to implement
- Support the Marketing Executives / Coordinator to deliver daily tasks where necessary
About you:

- Proven experience of working across multi-channel campaigns
- Email marketing experience - a good understanding of this is essential
- Some knowledge of HTML desirable
- Excellent team player
- Ability to influence and build relationships with people at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Methodical, creative and an eye for detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise delivering to deadlines
- A positive can-do attitude
- Business, marketing or design-based qualification desirable
