This is a great opportunity for someone to join a growing, dynamic company - the successful candidate is likely to be educated to degree level and should have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience. You should be based in the UK and they're open to you working from home or in their Shrewsbury or Bath offices. A really lovely company to work for!
1. Plan and own the processes to collect market data from industry contacts
2. Analyse customer data in Excel and draw conclusions regarding their business, customer demographics and customer needs to produce informative outputs
3. Develop a range of data presentation techniques for use in our information products and presentations
About you:
Minimum 2-3+ years employment experience in a role requiring analysis of business data
Likely to be educated to degree level
Strong software skills: - Highly proficient in MS Office - particularly Excel (proficient with pivot tables, nested IF statements, and similar functions at this level) - Highly proficient with Google Drive / docs / sheets or ability to learn fast - SurveyMonkey / other survey packages - Infographic packages - Basic Photoshop skills - Media integration to web pages - Experience with CRM databases an advantage
Strong personal skills: - Attention to detail - Numerical, analytical, statistics skills - Communication skills and confidence to deal with corporate customers and contacts - Highly organised - Self-motivated - Team player Interest / background in environmental services would be helpful.
