Our client is recruiting on behalf of a rapidly-growing Bristol based business. An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an Office Manager / Supervisor to join their team.

As the Office Manager / Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and co-ordinating the administration and process activities of a small team within our client’s busy office environment.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll research, co-ordinate and implement projects, as well as analysing data and creating reports. Working efficiently and proactively at all times, you’ll perform audits, manage processes and ensure that all activities are fully compliant.

Additionally, you’ll undertake a range of general HR duties and provide training to personnel to ensure that performance is maximised.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- Proven administration and co-ordination experience in a multi-departmental role
- Experience gained within a small business office
- Advanced working knowledge of key computer applications, such as MS Office
- Knowledge of marketing, finance and personnel management

As the Office Manager / Supervisor, you must be highly organised and efficient with superb leadership skills and an excellent eye for detail. Friendly and professionally, you must also be a strong communicator with a hands-on approach.

A working knowledge of Sage 50 and ACT would be beneficial to your application.
