This client are looking for someone to join their team who has both print and digital experience and they will pay between up to £38k DOE.
Are you a creative graphic designer with up-to-date knowledge to interpret this clients needs and to design solutions with high visual impact?
As an in-house designer, you will be responsible for helping drive the creative direction of the on-line and off-line campaigns. The successful candidate must understand typography, layout, animation and art direction.
You will have an excellent eye for detail have the talent and experience to create stylish, on brand assets for marketing, in-store and other touchpoints. You will work with internal creative teams to evolve sales and marketing assets including print and digital material, as well as designing new content from scratch.
The work will encompass both digital and print material so a good understanding of design for both is critical.We have a suite of posters, brochures, catalogues and postcards etc which need flair and development, alongside several social media channels, e-shots and content-led marketing – all of which need visual material.
As mentioned, the successful candidate will have experience spanning both print and digital formats and will have an extremely keen eye for detail, precision and style.The client is looking for someone with ideas and energy, who can work with the existing team to take the business forward, creating content that’s always on brand and impress that audience with a little (or a lot of) creative flair.
You will need to be someone who can confidently present new ideas to the team, will work to tight deadlines when required and is a self-starter who can work autonomously to meet the demands of the business.
·Working with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns for social media, email marketing, brochures and leaflets and all other marketing material, across multiple brands within the company
·Cropping / editing / retouching pictures
·Use Photoshop to create example images to demonstrate how the projects might look in situation
·Design content for point of sale and instore (for use within the showrooms, as well
·Design copy for all marketing collateral in line with brand guidelines
·Occasionally you may be asked to help with some photographic projects, working with the photographer to ensure we capture the right imagery for any given project
·Further development of the Brand Guidelines for each brand
Requirements of the role:
·Previous experience essential. This must be demonstrated with a portfolio of relevant design work with preferred experience including evidence of working with high end luxury products (more info on application). It is essential that you can show both digital and print experience.
·Strong understanding of Brand values and how to ensure they are properly represented
·Experience with brand development and ability to evolve brand guidelines would be an added advantage
·Design for digital touch points including social and email marketing is critical and prior experience required
·Candidates must have good attention to detail, we work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is key
·Excellent photo editing and photoshop skills
·Self-motivated and confident
