We are currently recruiting for a number of publishers who require ad managers (would consider dep-ad who are ready to step up!). Both could be full time but one will consider a part time candidate too.

Key Objectives To maximise the advertising revenues across the brand. any specials, all digital platforms and other revenue streams.

Main Duties:

● Sell to a broad base of clients direct and advertising agencies both in the UK and overseas

● Manage and develop a sales team of two senior sales  executives

● Develop close customer relationships and understanding of their needs

● Look to exploit and monetise their brands

Other Duties

● Liaise with internal team editorial, production, marketing and finance

● Analyse and improve current sales performance

● Review and report on current digital sales

● Research digital data and target advertising prospects

● Project Manage sales material and media information

● Attend including Trade Events

● Maximise the usage of the CRM system

● Ensure tha Google Analytics are fully utilised

● Manage a portfolio of client accounts

● Build and maintain relationships with clients often through regular face to face contact and meetings

● Arrange meetings with clients and travel to them

● Act as the first point of contact for client questions and requests

● Talk to other departments in the organisation in order to facilitate client requests

● Identify new client relationships and make pitches to potential new clients

● Give presentations about the organisation’s products or services to clients

● Manage a budget and achieve targets

● Manage a team of sales executives and arrange training for them if necessary

● Generate accurate reports on the status of existing accounts and new business

In return you will receive a salary of up to £30k with an OTE of up to $40k (although can be uncapped depending on the company). For more information please apply today!
