My client is a dynamic and vibrant Bath based company and they have a new vacancy for a Business Support Coordinator to join their team. This is a role that is varied and interesting and is a really good opportunity for someone who ideally already has administration experience and is IT savvy. This role is either full time or 4 days a week and this company does offer flexible working.

The role: to assist with the smooth running of the operational team by:
Project Management Support Building relationships with Project Managers to understand the contract inclusions and how they can support the contract delivery.
Outsourced Head Office Support Being the first point of contact for enquires.
Equipment Management Managing all company equipment, keeping audit trails of who has what and recording safe return. Managing Lock ups for storage. Issuing Credit cards.
Facilities Management Making sure all offices are managed, including and monitoring of stock to include stationery, provisions and cleaning materials. Making sure all contracts – to include utilities, cleaners, security providers are both economical and adhering to SLAs.
* A confident, positive and enthusiastic character
* IT literate
* Good communicator - able to liaise over the phone in a professional manner as well as very good attention to detail (spelling/grammar)
* Previous office experience essential
Salary is up to £23k (pro-rata if p/t)
