This is a great opportunity to join a small but growing publisher based in Beautiful Bath as Ad Manager to a small team.

They are looking for an experienced Ad Manager, a self-starter, who knows what needs to be done and when and who fully understands what it takes to fully maximise all commercial opportunities of a magazine/brand.

The role will be to sell on an established brand and be both print, digital and an annual exhibition. There will be a couple of trips abroad to industry exhibitions too!

The role involves:

• selling to existing and new advertisers
• creatively thinking: maximising all commercial opportunities
• management of 2 sales executives
• attending client visits (ideally one day a week)
• attending exhibitions
• flatplanning
• forecasting

You will need to have a successful background in media sales (ideally ad manager level but an exceptional dep-ad could be considered), a stable work history, and be someone who doesn't require close supervision to continue to drive hard to hit targets - if you don't like micro management then this is a great role for you! Salary to £28k plus OTE.
