Great basic of up to £25k and around 25% on top OTE along with impressive benefits (not least 27 days holiday plus bank holidays).
This role does focus on new business so the right candidate will be really confident at making a high volume of calls to develop cold leads. However, there will be a degree of account management whereby you will both nurture and grow your existing clients.
This role will place you on one of the largest circulating magazine titles in the UK. As a result we require the successful candidate to have excellent business acumen as well as an eye for detail and a hunger to succeed.
These are must-have skills we are looking for:
- Outbound telesales person (could be from any field or a charity fundraiser) with demonstrable, proven success
- Consultative selling style is essential with an emphasis on customer service
- Strong influencing and negotiation ability
- Strategic thinking for lead sourcing and long-term revenue generation
- Be commercial minded
- Great attention to detail
- Deliver against fixed deadlines
- Be highly organised and manage work-flow
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and CRM system)
